Homelessness Programs/Outreach Services

Our Outreach Services provide caring, hands-on support for people who are facing homelessness or are at risk of losing housing. We meet people where they are and help them access food, warm clothing, safety planning, and community resources. Our team also checks in during cold weather and offers flexible help based on each person’s needs.

These services are open to anyone in the community. We work together to build trust, improve safety, and connect people to long-term supports such as housing programs, health services, and wellness programs at the Centre. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels seen, supported, and not alone.
