Wellness Programs

Our Wellness Programs offer gentle, trauma-informed support for people living with emotional pain, grief, loss, stress, or addiction. These programs include healing groups, one-on-one support, cultural learning, and wellness activities that help people feel safe and understood.

We also support families affected by Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG), and support for those going through the child welfare claims process. Our team walks alongside individuals and families, helping them find strength, balance, and hope. All services are free, culturally diverse, and shaped by the needs of each person we serve.
